Was this supposed to be two different nominations or G5-19/Glory/Original Female Characters?

Hi, I noticed some duplicates ships in the tagset in the fandom Arcane: League of Legends (Cartoon 2021)!

Caitlyn Kiramman/Jinx/Vi (Arcane) is a duplicate of Caitlyn/Jinx/Vi (League of Legends)
Jinx/Sevika (Arcane) is a duplicate of Sevika (Arcane: League of Legends)/Jinx (League of Legends)
Jinx/Vi (Arcane) is a duplicate of Jinx/Vi (League of Legends) (Arcane)
Sevika (Arcane: League of Legends)/Vi (League of Legends) (Arcane) is a duplicate of Sevika/Vi (Arcane)

Not the nominator, but "Maya Amano" and "Ulala Serizawa" are their names in Western order (given name first, family name second), and "Serizawa Ulala" is in Japanese order. Either name order is more or less fine, but I wouldn't mix and match - "Maya Amano/Serizawa Ulala" would be very odd.

I saw someone say on discord that "G5-19/Glory (Fallout) (Glory (Fallout)/Original Female Character(s))" is actually just G5-19/Glory (Fallout) - but that it's been synned to Glory/OFC because a wrangler didn't realize G5-19 is a very minor canon character. That seems likely to me.
