Is this separate from the canon fandom tag "Candela Obscura (Critical Role Web Series)" or can it be accepted under that?

Rani Chandra/Maria Jackson - both are from the spinoff Sarah Jane Adevntures, and should probably appear under there

Bill Potts/Maria Jackson - Bill is from the 2005 revival, Maria is from SJA. Should probably go in crossovers

Missy/Sarah Jane Smith, Sarah Jane Smith/Rose Tyler - Sarah Jane has appeared in both the 1963 show and the 2005 revival, along with SJA; Missy and Rose have only appeared in the 2005 revival. Could go in either 2005 or crossovers depending on what era the nominations wants Sarah Jane to be from

Thank you for the information! I will add the first two where you suggested and then wait to see about the others. If I don't hear back, I will add the other ones to the 2005 revival. :)
